After placing your order, you have 90 minutes to make any changes or cancel it. Once this window has passed, your order will begin processing and it will no longer be possible to edit or cancel it through the system.

How to Edit or Cancel Your Order

1. Open your order confirmation page (right after checkout) or your order status page (from your confirmation email).
2. Click “View or Edit your order.”

From there, you can:

To Edit Your Order

• Update details such as your shipping address or items
• Confirm your changes to save them
• Your order will be automatically updated

To Cancel Your Order

• Select the cancel option within the same page
• Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation

Important Information

• This 90-minute window is strict
• After this time, or once fulfillment has started, orders can no longer be edited or canceled through the system
• If you don’t see the “View or Edit” button, it usually means:
  • The editing window has expired, or
  • Your order has already entered processing
